A Visit to the Art Gallery

1. The Exhibition at the Bose Pacia Art Gallery
Title: Conundrum
Theme: Display of art selections from Modern Indian Artists who mixes traditional
and social tension.

2. The Gallery
- The lighting used in the gallery was bright.
- The colors used on the walls were white so that focus can be
solely be put on the art.
- The materials that are used is mostly spacious, except for wooden stands that
used to hold the art pieces.
-Being that the art gallery was very spacey, it was convened to move around the
gallery.





3. The Art Criticism

-This art piece shows a sense of security; of how one is closed or bracketed away from expressing their beliefs and ideas.
- In this art piece one can view electrical hardware and wood twisted to make sort of a barbwire or antlers.
-form and material are definitely the elements used in this art pierce.
-The hardware material is suppose to represent strength or a guard that keeps away certain things will not allow things to escape from it.
- The artist is trying to point out that we a bracketed from our freedoms.

-This art piece represents friendship and healing.
- A collage of watercolor paints, ink, and Indian fabric is represented.
- The elements to this art piece is form, line, shape.
-The hand with the rose growing from it represents the rose and the blood flowing is the thron that is broken.
- The artist is trying to use the quote "every rose has it's thorn" into this artwork.

-In this art piece, this represents the process it takes for bird to swallow a worm and what happens to this worm.
-The elements to this art piece is form, line, shape.
-I think the inside of the work represents how one's body affect us by what we put on the inside.
-The artist was trying to portray nature.




4. The Art

1. Each one of these artworks are organized with material that hardware, color, and texture.
2. The artwork are similar as to all three represents a lesson or statement to the artist.
3. They are different from the material that is used in each of the art works and the image that is being portrayed such as the human hand, bird, and wire.
4. These works are framed by a picture portrait, but the first art piece is portrayed on the bare wall of the art gallery.
5. The artworks are identified and labeled of below the artwork on a white strip of paper.
6. The artwork are not stood together, the artist gives each art the space to be seen alone and not allow the viewer to interrupted by something else.
